Our rendition of this singular style-long neglected, but now resurgent-is based on the pleasantly sour, slightly salty wheat beers from Leipzig, Germany, uber popular in the 1800s. An enchanting introduction to sours, Hibiscus Goes sees coriander and sea salt during the boil. Dried hibiscus flowers are then steeped in the beer to create a vibrant pink hue (really-its pink!).
