Come and meet Helga, our crisp, refreshing pilsner. For those of you who don’t know her, Helga is a hop variety much like Germany’s Hallertau, but grown in Australia instead of Europe. Often referred to as Southern Hallertau, Helga is known for its delicate and subtle herbal aroma. She makes an excellent companion for the strong malt character prevalent in Bohemian Pilsners. We brewed this beer with 100% Helga hops.
